We aim to process all orders within 48 hours. During sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer due to increased order volumes.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If your order includes a pre-order item, dispatch may take longer. In this case, we will split the shipment and send available items first, with the pre-order item sent separately once it is in stock.
